Now What Do We Do? We Didn't Get Dressed Up For Nothin'

5

It looks like a great many of you had a chance to watch the videos from the first Bone Throwing Ceremony, so thanks for taking the time.

For those of you who have shared comments, thank you especially.

As I mentioned on the post, your thoughts, comments and questions help us a great deal to decide how to move forward with what the Spirits are sharing with all of us.

We are working to make the next videos, question 2, available by the end of this week.

If you haven't yet had a chance to add your thoughts to the videos about the truth of the spill and would like to do so, follow this link.

Now to another reason I'm writing today.

We have gotten a great deal of feedback and saw comments on other sites and posts about my "The Reality Of Consciousness Part 1 and Part 2" posts.

In that feedback people talked about how the core message, that we all create our reality, has been around for a long time.

They have read it, they have heard it, they have seen it talked about in movies. Comments like, he said that and she said that too. Even scientists are catching up to that reality (although I suspect there are some scientists who always instinctively knew, but couldn't come out of the closet).

It's no surprise that this fundamental truth of our existence about who and what we are has been talked about for centuries, millennia even.

The question though is not whether or not we've heard about it, whether or not we know about it, the question is, if we do know about it, if we truly do know that we are creating our reality in every moment, what are we all, individually and collectively, doing about it?

All the many times we have heard that our thoughts and feelings create our reality and believed it, what have we actually done about it?

Realizing a fundamental truth of existence about our reality has enormous potential, but as someone once told me, if we don't do anything with that potential it means exactly squat.

Throughout the Bone Throwing series the Spirits share a great number of details about extremely valuable information. They share a great deal of Healing and a great deal of caring for everyone and everything.

And while some of what the Spirits share throughout the different Ceremonies in the entire series is redundant, (and yes, there is even purpose to their redundancy) much, if not all, of their sharing of energies and information has among it's many purposes to motivate us, to rile us up, to do something about it.

This creating our reality with our thoughts is a central theme among all the Throws and I personally experience them repeating that theme so we finally will have a chance to integrate it into our lives and live it.

If we read and hear over and over that our thoughts and feelings create our reality and nothing about the way we think and feel fundamentally changes; if we don't learn to live by those truths (assuming we truly know and accept them as such), than that is no different than someone telling us not to jump off that cliff we are standing in front of, and even though we know they are right and we'll die if we do, we jump anyway.

The exercise I shared about taking note of your not-so-nice thoughts and feelings is just the beginning, there are other small steps which have to follow. Among the most important is to change your thoughts and feelings once you have realized they've been in a place you don't want them to be.

But what I'm really talking about here is a fundamental change of habit, and as we have all experienced, changing one's habits, one's core beliefs, can be a bit of a challenge.

I think I'll leave it at that for today.

It'd be great if you would share with us your challenges and successes in changing your thoughts and feelings and habits. They don't have to be giant successes. Realizing and acknowledging the small steps we've made is just as important.

Love and Song,

Helmut

PPS: As I mentioned above, the videos about the next question, "What are the teachings, what is the purpose of the oil spill?", should be online towards the end of the week.

Hi Helmut,
I've been camping so just viewed the Bone Reading. As the oil spill is coming to a close, I realize the consciousness of the people will turn to whatever the next drama the media chooses for us to dwell in. Problem solved so let's go forth mentality. But, from what "we know" it's only going to get worse.

The day I left camping I was asked to look at and clear in my own cellular memory anything to do with Destruction. Destructive energy can be just not wanting to be here and go through another time of the world being destroyed.

I came then to reading the Bone Reading. All I could think that night was oh now I am to go into the Sekhmet energy? All of the work of releasing my own shock and trauma and bring this upon others? This month of enjoying more and more of Peace and finally coming into a place of feeling who I am.

This morning the Hopi's and what they endured not following the Creator's words came in. Are we looking at droughts, no water, no food and an air we cannot breathe due to our human desire that we know more than the Creator?

The Hopi's went to the United Nations to forewarn the people of the upcoming disasters. Are the people ready to hear or putting a band-aid on the wound is much less painful than cleaning it completely?

I will be back out camping and will ask what role am I to play in this. For now I feel I am to continue on the path I was guided back in January and that has included very much this month of Love and more specifically for myself Peace.

I have met a few people…not all.. who are part of this new spiritual activism. Those I have met are filled with masks. Perhaps these months have been to prepare me completely to be able to work not from a place of my masks, but to work as Sekhmet does… in complete purity and compassion.

Song to Song,
Cindy

Dear Helmut,

Thank you for your posts on recognizing our role in creating reality. I first became acquainted, on an intellectual level, with the concept of our thoughts creating our reality some 23 years ago. I smile now to think that, initially, I worried ALOT about thinking the wrong things. "What if I think about our financial situation worsening…" (Guess what happened after that!? :) Anyway, the short story is that I "knew" this fact about creating my own reality but it was many years before I learned how to watch my thoughts rather than be utterly identified and controlled by them. I had many "clear" thoughts about what I needed to happen in my life that came to pass. Every job that I've had in the past 30 years (about 5 in total) I "dreamed" in the sense that I had a clear vision of the job or the type of job I wanted and it came to me with little effort on my part such as being in the right place at the right time or having a friend call me to say she'd see an ad for something that I might be interested in. Once I even had a very clear (night) dream that gave me the confidence to make it through what could've been a brutal interview.

But overall, my thoughts have been largely untethered over most of my years so it's been a wild ride!

Your earlier post about gaining an awareness of daily thoughts is certainly the first step. But this is very difficult, or at least was for me. I see people near and dear to me living in hell because of their thoughts, as I have certainly done in my own life. I want to yell, "look at what you're doing to yourself!" but I know I did this for many years before I FINALLY did the work I needed to do to be able to see what I was doing.

I have concluded that all I can do is to practice at staying present and aware, choosing where to focus my attention, hoping this will have a positive affect on those around me as well (it certainly benefits me!). I would be quick to say that I need to practice this ALOT. When I do stay present in my own skin when turmoil arises it has had the effect of tensions lessening more quickly than in the past. Giving my attention to whatever energy seems to be present, without engaging it in any way. Just being aware.

Another comment I'd like to make is to share a conversation I was having with my 20 year-old son yesterday about this very subject of creating reality. I told him that I had been thinking about "lucid dreams" – where you realize that you are dreaming while still in the dream and then you can control the dream to some extent. "If you consider that life is like a dream," I told him, "and we 'wake up' to the power that our thoughts have, then we can better steer the direction of our lives." He countered with saying that everyone else's dream was not his so his alone couldn't make a difference. My response to that was to refer him to the concept of the "tipping point" where if enough people change their ideas then it spreads at a faster rate to the rest of the population. "So maybe one person COULD make a difference. Maybe be THE difference."

Thank you and Kay for all the work you are doing to help us all 'wake up."

With love & heart,
Regina
