A few days before the "Love Email", I was guided to use the word "Peace" and thought I best stay with this so I could see what unfolded. When I got to the core of the non peace, Kay you appeared in my meditation and said "All those little buggers".... had to laugh over that one. There was this feeling of attachments to the core and they did feel like bugs !!!! As the days have gone by some of the Spirits have come in from the Unconditional Love Bone Reading. Getting to write the answers to the questions about what we are feeling and thinking about throughout the day will make a difference in how we perceive things and to understand more how we are contributing to create what is happening. Just by reading the mail you sent made a difference for me already. I had felt disappointed and angry with my sister because she couldn´t do what I asked her to do for me and I realized what I was thinking and feeling, and I stopped it there and then and decided to send feelings of love and appreciation instead for what she has done for me many times. It made a difference immediately! I felt relaxed and happy. I can just imagine what doing this would accomplish if I did it on a regular basis! thankyou so much!!!!
