Pebbles In The Pond – What Kind Would You Like To Add?

“What Is The Hetakas’ Definition Of Love?”

This was one of the questions asked during our Love and Relationships calls.

Kay in her eloquent beautiful way shared what that definition is, what love means within the Hetakas’ way of life, what love is within Ka Ta See.

But that’s not what I want to talk about today, at least not exclusively.

What I want to talk about today is how to realize our dream of a better world, where it starts, what’s involved, what does it have to do with Love, and how simple it really is to make a difference, a huge difference, every moment of every day.

Among what Kay shared about the Hetakas’ definition of Love was this:

“… And remember, whatever it is you’re thinking or feeling in the moment, mask or Song, you’re radiating it out, and it permeates the space around you.

“The space, the ground, the floors, the walls, the trees, the people, the animals: every single thing, it permeates it, it lasts there for hundreds of years, and it affects all of those who come into contact with it from then on.

“It affects them, it changes them.

“So if you are busy being asleep, running masks – for instance, you’re running a big anger mask, and you’re in a snit.

“You’re radiating that out, it permeates the space.

“Everybody for two-hundred years who comes into that space picks up on that thoughtform, on that energy.

“It effects them.

“It triggers them.

“It encourages them to be angry.

“If you’re in your Song and you’re full of unconditional love and acceptance and you’re radiating that out, that permeates the space.

“Whoever comes into that and makes contact with that, they can feel that acceptance and the love and the caring, and the peace, and the admiration and respect.

“They pick up on the knowledge that’s there, and the knowledge of how to do that changes them forever, and then they radiate that out.

“Pebbles in the pond.”

Hence the question: what pebbles would you like to add to the pond?

Are you dreaming of a better world, a better life, a life and world filled with unconditional love and joy and passion and equality and non-judgment?

Would you like to be treated with love and caring and understanding and admiration and respect?

I assume you do, otherwise you would likely not be reading this.

So the question, which kind of pebbles you are throwing into the pond, and which ones you would like to be throwing, every second of every minute of every day, all day long becomes vital.

Whatever those pebbles are, whatever it is you are putting out, those are the feelings, the thoughtforms, the energies which permeate the space and which make everything within that space vibrate for hundreds of years at that same frequency.

So if it is your Song you are feeling, it is your Song vibration you are filling the space around you with. If it is Love you are feeling, it is Love you are filling the space around you with all the time wherever you go?

And everyone else who comes in contact with you, or with the space you were in long after you’re gone, will shift towards those frequencies. Just by walking into that same space they have the opportunity to come closer to living their Song, knowing joy, feeling Love, and sharing it.

When these people come in contact with you, or walk into that space and begin to vibrate with those frequencies and begin to feel the joy and the love, when they begin to feel more of their Song, they often don’t even know why they are feeling happy and joyful, why the world all of a sudden looks so much brighter and cheerful. Most of the time they can’t explain what shifted their mood.

But, it shifted and they are happy, which can be a life changing experience.

Domano and Chea taught Kay many amazingly profound life changing secrets.

One of those profound secrets, which sounds so simple most of us miss its essence, or dismiss it – at least at first – is this: “The most important thing we can do for ourselves and the world is to let ourselves be happy.”

I have heard Kay say this so many times. I have read it in her books so many times before, and I think I finally, finally begin to understand the immense gravity of it.

When we are able to feel our Song, when we are able to let ourselves be happy all the time, no matter what, then wherever we go we are changing our state of being, we are changing our own frequencies which we vibrate at and in so doing we are changing the frequencies the spaces we move through vibrate at, and we are changing the vibration of the people we encounter and the beings we touch – one by one, piece by piece, space by space, little by little.

With that we provide the opportunity for everyone who comes in contact with those spaces, or with us, to feel happy and in turn they move around in the world spreading the happy, infecting everyone and everything with that infectious disease called happiness.

A disease which is the enemy of the “powers that be” and because of that has always garnered the mantle of suspicion as to make sure you don’t venture into that “god forsaken” place called happiness and, god forbid, stay there for any length of time and, worst of all, find your own freedom in the process.

As Domano and Chea taught Kay, true freedom is to be free from the control of our masks.

If we manage to walk in Song to walk in happiness wherever we go, before we know it it’s all over the place, it’s an epidemic of galactic proportions and the pundits of the news media, the churches, all those people who are so busy trying to convince us that it’s not practical to be happy all the time and that we need to focus on the miseries of the world and the violence and the difficulties – all those people won’t know anymore how to control this epidemic.

Because a free people are very difficult to control and manipulate.

Imagine happy people infecting people everywhere with being happy.

And less and less of us care about which celebrity had sex with who, or who is claiming that their’s is the only true god and if we don’t believe their “gospel” we will burn in hell.

Soon we find ourselves unable to continue to believe the lies of our politicians and all their attempts to keep us busy focusing all our attention on the problems they want our attention to be focused on because that’s what serves them best, to keep us focused on fighting each other and everyone and everything who thinks and acts differently.

Instead of “divide and conquer” we are moving to “unite and heal” and we won’t be puppets anymore who can be controlled by pulling our emotional strings, and dragging our attention every which way.

These people don’t really have our best interest in mind, the only interest they have in mind is their own and the easiest way they achieve that is by controlling what our attention is focused on and, most importantly, keep it focused away from the man behind the curtain.

Yeah, it’ll be a cold day in hell before they admit any of that.

All they want is to control your attention, to keep it focused on the fight, on fighting the good fight and staying in the fight, whatever that fight may be, because as long as you are busy fighting their fight, you don’t have control of your own attention, you don’t have free will, your masks have a heyday with you and happy eludes you most of the time.

When we decide to own our attention and not throw it to the whims of others anymore, we can choose to be happy, we can choose love life, we can choose to love the world, we can choose to love ourselves, we can choose to live our Song and no one, not even the pope, or least of all the pope, will be able to convince us otherwise.

We will own our happiness, we will own our Song, we will own our aliveness and we will share it freely.

When we are free we saturate all the spaces and all the people and everything we touch wherever we go until the planet truly is a place of joy.

That’s why “letting ourselves be happy” is the most important thing we can do for ourselves and the world.

This is the legacy we leave behind, that is how we honor the generations, that is the world we create microsecond to microsecond.

So, what does the life you want to create look like? And the world you want to create, the world you want to see being created, look like?

And, what are you willing to do about it?

Nietzsche spoke of an interesting concept: “Visualize your life as a kind of artistic project, except that you are both the sculptor and the clay.”

If you make the decision to live a life in Song, to live a life of Love you saturate the world with Love and Song and Joy and Happy.

And, you can choose to do so. Not just now, not just today, not just tomorrow or next week. No, you can choose to make a commitment to do it for the rest of your life starting now.

The real key is choice.

Choosing to take control of your life and attention and giving up the petty bickering about how things “should” be and who and what is “better-than” or “less-than”.

You are the only one who can choose to stop the constant tapes in your head about how things should be and who is to blame that they aren’t that way, and you are the one who can begin to shape your life the way your heart would like it to be, by simply choosing to live happy, to live in Song.

Are you able to commit to do everything in your power to unconditionally love yourself and learn to extend that unconditional love to everyone and everything?

What pebbles are you throwing in the pond and are you willing to throw different ones if the current ones are not exactly creating the world you would like your grandchildren to inherit from you?

Love and Song,

Helmut

Well spoken.A few years ago , I made the deliberate choice to become very aware of the kind of” pebbles I threw out into the pond” .The ripples they caused are finding their way back to me, and increasing my happiness one hundred fold.
