Prayer ties, otherwise known as "tobacco ties", are putting prayers into some tobacco and tying the tobacco up in a piece of cloth. They come in all shapes, sizes, colors and decorations.
As we did during last years Holiday Season, we would like to again organizing a tobacco prayer tie sharing with our students and the Katasee community. And, as the Spirits suggested last year, we are expanding and extending that offer of sharing tobacco prayer ties to everyone.
So, everyone is invited to join in the gathering of prayers in the form of tobacco offerings tied up in cloth pieces.
A lot of you are familiar with tiny tobacco ties but if you feel like using a larger amount of tobacco and tie it up in a larger piece of cloth, that's perfectly fine. You can make ties to be put up around your own home and yard or even on your Holiday Tree; or you might choose to make some ties and send them to us.
Better yet, if you feel inspired you are certainly welcome to do both, which would be really wonderful; make some for yourself and send some to be with all the others we'll be receiving.
Don't worry about whether or not your tobacco ties will arrive before Christmas. Whenever they arrive, we will put them up on the trees around our land. And in addition, the essence of their collective energies and thoughts will be added to the World Healing Program for the Red Door Radionics Instruments and will be broadcast out into all corners of the world through the World Healing Cards as the cards are placed inside the Bowls all around the world.
We realize from our own lives and our interactions with so many of you, most of us live rather busy lives so we wanted to be clear that the number of ties is not important; what is important is that what you put into however many ties you make comes straight from your heart with Unconditional Love and Acceptance.

Where do you purchase the tobacco for the ties???

We have the "Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company" here in town and while they do not sell directly, many of the local stores carry their cans of tobacco. Their website is https://www.nascigs.com. There is a store locator on the site.

We make prayer ties at our Long Dance every year and I have some around my Native American creche, so I will take one to send to you and you will have double prayer from me and from the 150 women who danced all night this year for peace and other intentions.
