What’s This Song Thing Anyway, And Why Should I Care?

When somebody asks me this question I often remember something Kay said, which at the time was a bit surprising, but has become a very clear and powerful image ever since.

I’ve lived and studied with Kay for over 15 years. Some would say that’s a long time, and in many ways, it is. I have lived and learned more in those 15 years than I thought possible for one person to experience and learn through several lifetimes.

And yet, I can say with absolute clarity and without a doubt, the most important thing I have learned is “Song”, to “know my Song”.

Throughout these 15 years I was able to participate in private studies, many of which were about the Hetakas’ teachings and way of life, about Katasee and the ceremonies and practices of these studies. The knowledge and insights I have gained from these teachings are nothing short of extraordinary and so unbelievably healing.

Along the way Kay also taught a small group of people, me among them, the Egyptian mystery teachings from the temples of Isis and Osiris. Teachings, which back at the height of that culture were only given to temple priests of high rank.

I’m not sharing this to impress you, I have a point and am getting to it.

After one of those initiatory sessions, an initiation that was beyond anything I had experienced prior to that session, I asked Kay: “What else is there? What can possible come after this? What can be more important to learn and know?”

Her answer, without hesitation, was, “Why, to know your Song”.

As I said, I was surprised at the time, but have since learned to understand what she meant by that.

Knowing Song, knowing the truth of who you are to that degree, knowing the totality of your being, your past, your present and your future, without any of the degradation of information and lies from our cultural programming fogging up the picture.

Knowing the details of who that being is, that is you, who is experiencing life in a human body right now. Exploring your gifts, accessing your ancient knowledge and seeing and experiencing the enormous beauty of your own aliveness, the wonder, the curiosity, the passion, the extraordinary ability for sharing love and joy.

I know today what Kay meant years back with her very clear and direct answer to my question.

This coming Sunday, October 4 we continue with our conversations with Kay about her work, about her studies, about Katasee and about Song.

Only this time we are asking her for a Bone Throwing.

The Throwing of the Bones is an ancient form of divination or talking with the Spirits which Kay was taught by her adopted Peruvian grandmother Chea Hetaka.

This form of the Throwing of the Bones has been passed down through the women of Chea’s tribe and Chea has passed it on to Kay.

For more information about the Throwing of the Bones please go to worldbalance.com/bonethrowing.

For our next live call Kay will ask the Spirits of the Bones, a counsel of more than 60 Spirit beings, for us what Song is and why it is so important to our lives, to our health, our happiness, our relationships and why it is so vitally important for our future, for the future of humanity, for the future of all life on Earth.

We humans have a difficult time agreeing on things. One of the few things many of us agree on during this time, is that change is coming. The world is changing.

So, big deal you say, the world is always changing.

Well, yes, it is. But the changes that are coming are nothing like what we have seen in our history.

How we go through these changes. Whether or not the doom and gloom people are right and everything will fall apart, or whether or not we’ll be able to sail through these changes in such a smooth and easeful way that we all amaze ourselves how we did that, is up to us.

And, whether or not we’ll be able to accomplish such a feat largely depends on how well we truly know ourselves, whether we know our Song, how well we are able to live it, own it and be it every second of every minute of every day.

So we ask Kay to ask her Spirit friends to share with us what it means to know Song, for us personally, for the people we love and for the future of Mother Earth and all who live on her.

And, you can join us and ask questions too.

This is sure to be another amazing call with Kay and the Spirits of the Bones!

This is going to be a live, online Bone Throwing session, a live ceremony broadcast via conference call.

It is difficult to know how much the Spirits have to share and thus how long the call will go, but we aim for the Bone reading to be completed after one hour.

We will open the lines for questions after the reading part of the Bone Throw has ended. If you are live on the line with us you get the chance to ask questions of the Bone Spirits about this Throw as well.

Again, for more information about the Throwing of the Bones, an ancient practice of divination or talking with the Spirits please go to worldbalance.com/bonethrowing.

If you are already signed up for the live calls with Kay, there is nothing more you need to do. We will send you time and call-in information again the day before the call.

If you are not yet signed up for those calls and would like to join us, please go to the Live Calls page to sign up.

The Bone Spirits haven’t been this public in a couple of years, we are very excited to offer you this amazing opportunity.

We look forward to seeing you Sunday.

Song to Song,

Helmut & Victoria

I just wanted to thank Helmut for this beautiful piece from his heart. I too agree that when I live from my Song I experience no judgement for anything and I am constantly in a state of “in loveness”. It is the best feeling in the world and it constantly reminds me of what I felt when I was a child. I have searched high and low to come back to this place which is truly my “Home”. I am happy to report the search is over and now I get to experience it in the “here and now”. It’s not hard, it’s simple, it’s who you really are. Welcome Home!!!!!!!

As an african, i am fascinated to see the throwing of the bones, a traditional African ancestral connection practice, popping up as a Peruvian practice..

Throwing of the bones is indeed divination in the African context, and is connection to the ancestors, who take a practical interest in our daily lives, and are the connection to the higher power.

I will read up the peruvian one, and see if there are more similarieis accross continents.

    @Inky:
    Thanks for sharing Inky.

Chea, Kay’s Peruvian adopted Grandmother, who taught Kay the Throwing of the Bones said that the Throwing of the Bones is the oldest form of divination or talking with the Spirits known.

We know about Bone Throwing being practiced in Africa. I’m not surprised that it was, and still is, a form of communicating with the Spirits there. I’m sure there are other places and cultures where this is practiced to this day.

    Song to Song,

    Helmut
